Your donated items will be collected for free by our drivers, the items are then exported to the less fortunate who will re-use it, giving your preloved items a second life. The exportation of the donations generates revenue which is then circled back to our community in the form of gift cards which are redeemable at 100’s of UK high street online retailers. We are a non profit that is established to give back to the community for donating their preloved items for second use. We’re a non profit that gives back to YOU and supports positive, sustainable recycling in the UK.

We collect within 1-3 days on average. Please make sure your donation is ready before making a booking 
General T’c & C’s
- Gift card credit is awarded every Sunday evening for the collections completed during the week and may roll over to a Monday if we’re really busy.
- Gift cards are digital and will be sent the your email address you made the booking on.

- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
- To be eligible for a £5.00 gift card you need to donate functional, clean and working items mentioned in our accepted items list above, once the driver has taken a photograph you’ll be confirmed to receive the reward.
- There is no limit on how many times a month you can donate.
- To make a booking you’ll need to refer one friend, associate, colleague or family member by providing their name and mobile number.
- All donations must contain items of good quality. We may refuse further bookings if we find large quantities of unsuitable/ defect items. We are not your local tip and any abuse of the system will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the program at any time.
- Issuing of Gift cards may encounter delays if our export partners have delays in payment to us.
- We may limit the amount of gift cards available each month, at our discretion.
